PS3 Controller or Joystick for Fighting Games (we may have a very limited amount of house controllers for these however, please bring your own)

NO GAME PLAY EFFECTING CONTROLLER MODS ALLOWED.

There will also be some fun tournaments that happen "on the spot" like the Battletoads Speed Run where it would be paid for in person $1 per try with an attendant. Or the Under 13 Smash Tournament.

A Pokemon Meet-Up Battle and Trading Session! (Bring your DS!)

Panels featuring comedy, video game information and industry professionals!

A Dealer's Area with Video Games, Comics, Toys and more!

This will not only be a very competitive high-level Tournament for several games but also a fun event for the casual gamer to attend and have fun hanging out with friends and playing games!

Street Fighter 4 Team Tournament Friday Soul Calibur IV Team Tournament ALL ROCK BAND TOURNAMENTS, Guitar Hero Tournaments, WWE, and other Fighting Game Tournaments

1st - 50% of the pot
2nd - 25% of the pot
3rd - 15% of the pot
4th - 10% of the pot
*if turnout warrants it there is a possibility of paying out the top 8 places!

Guitar Hero Tournaments Format

Everyone will play the same 1 song chosen by GameUniCon Staff to determine seeding by Score.

Pro Face-Off Double Elimination

Each Match is Best 2 out of 3 Songs

The Player on the top of the Bracket can choose to pick which side he is on or pick the first song. The first song is then played.

The Second Player then picks the second song.

In the event that each player wins a match a third song will be chosen at Random using Random.org song must be at least 3rd Tier in difficulty.

No DLC... there will be some there for freeplay but not in the Tournaments.

You may not look at Star Power or Overdrive Patch cheat sheets WHILE playing your match.

This will most likely be the biggest gaming event of the year in the northeast, and I can't wait for it! And it's not just Guitar Hero and Rock Band either. Halo, SFIV, Brawl, FUCKING BATTLETOADS FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!!! I honestly can not wait for this.

There is a separate room just for music games in the works as well as an ENTIRE BALL ROOM at a hotel next door for the bands because they will draw so huge.

Wait, I just have a quick question, the link in the OP, is that an official sign up or is that something you're using to gauge interest for the convention? Because I'd love to go, but I have no idea if I'll be in the area that weekend.
