Ummm...
did they say anything about the Wii version?
Will rock band 2 drums work with it (for Wii)?

Also, how about the RB kit for wii? Will it work with GH:M?

I would imagine the same way that RB/RB2 kits are compatible with GHWT currently would also apply to GH:M. So if a RB Wii kit works on GHWT, it would also work on GH:M.

Now getting two pedals to work properly on a RB kit is another issue. But you can still play everything (including Expert+) with a single pedal if you choose.

oh yeah, because playing Dyer's Eve/War Ensemble on Expert+ with one pedal is both intelligent and easy.

sarcasm aside, i have 2 questions:

1) are orange notes still worth more points than other notes? (drum talk)
2) do you think the game is FBFC'able with Expert+?

Too early to say IMO. I really didnt get to play anything more than once, and there are a ton of non Metallica songs I didnt get to play at all. Right now I'd compare it to GHWT.

Anyone know if the Ion will be compatible with GH:M? I ask because I remember soon after GHWT launch they had to update it in order to recognize the Ion kit, and I just wanted to be sure.

Is the note chart for One the same in GH:M as it is in GH3? Or has it been altered slightly to adjust to the new mechanics of GHWT and GH:M?

Apologies for asking a question that's probably in an easy-to-find place...somewhere else.

I'm reading about this "Expert+" stuff. Not that my drumming is on the level to try, but where does one get the second bass pedal? Does it come with the game, separate accessory, or do I have to get some kind of Y connector and another bass pedal from a separate kit?

any word on a REAL release date for Wii or Ps2?
I mean it's bad enough we have to wait at all, BS really.
Edit: I just read it's the 29th of this month... true?
If so I must get the wii to nintendo to get fixed, ASAP!

Were there any other massive changes to One outside of DR and Solo?

I heard they used the extended sustains throughout the song, changing the first half of the song a lot.

I have another question. Is there any solo in the game harder than One's solo?
IMO War Ensemble solo 2 is tougher than any other solo, but it's shorter than One's.

Do you mean the part from 3:39 to 3:49 in this video? I'm a little bit scared of something harder than Fast Solo A on One.
Thats the part, but the chart is way different in GHM.

Thanks. I knew that part sounded a little bit crazy. Do you remember how that part may have been charted or how fast it was?

If you preorder it at Gamestop/EB Games it comes with the second bass pedal.. otherwise you'll have to buy the standalone accessory which - when it's released - will (99% sure) come with a splitter.

That's dissapointing. I like failing at least once before I beat a song because it's just boring if you don't have a challange.

Is hyperspeed in the start menu while playing a song??? is so i'm buying it.

St. Anger is not on-disc, it may come out as DLC though; you never know.
