PS1 Game about Time Travel

Someone must know what it is! I'm trying to remember the name of a ps1 game I used to play the demo of over and over. It featured a man going backwards and forwards through time periods, using the weapons of the era (it have a caveman level, ancient greece or rome, etc.). There was also a time limit to each level.

Sounds remarkably similar to Timesplitters...but that's for the PS2. :P

That reminds of some old game F.L.A.S.H. (I think that's what it was called) for the Sega Genesis where you traveled in time. I hope someone knows what I'm talking about. I think that was a cool game.

Anyway, the PS1 game...I really think I know what game you're talking about, but I can't remember the title either!!! Great, now it's going to drive ME nuts, too!
