Hey, wasn't sure if this belonged here, but since it wasn't about Guitar Hero or any other music game, I just decided to put it here.

Basically, the members of Dream Theater are going to play against XBox Live Gold Members on June 20th. That's pretty cool  . Unfortunately for me, I only have a Wii, but I don't like shooters as much, and I haven't played one in a while anyways, so I'd probably just do terribly anyways :P. Just decided to post this here to let everyone know of this exciting event. If it belongs somewhere else, I ask that any moderator please move it accordingly.

I'm just assuming that I'll never be able to take part in one of these.
Their friends lists are always full.
To be honest, I'da rather played with that Derek guy that plays Jason, but his was full too.
I bet half the people that added him don't even have WaW.

| I think it'd be cool to play with them too but they always get full in minutes. I've tried with all the game with fames for call of duty. I'm going to get one... |

The odds of actually ending up in their game are ridiculously small, but it's worth a shot. They have been doing these "game with fame" things for a while now, but Dream Theater definitely looks like it's gonna be good. I hope they have voice chat.

I'd actually place my bets on John Myung. The silent ones always win :P. I don't know about James LaBrie, though. He doesn't seem as much the gamer type as everyone else. Well, we'll have to wait and see. Also, if anyone is able to join from here, can you make a video of it and put it on YouTube? I really want to see what happens.

Yeah the GWF isn't as hard to get into as many think. My little brother got to play Fear 2 with Bill from Mastodon not too long ago.

Woah, even Mastodon? That's pretty cool. Also, I wouldn't think it would be terribly hard as long as you log on early and wait for a while.

| Yeah I tried to sign up for this and Jason but they were both full. The only GWF I was able to play was with the drummer of Pearl Jam, Matt Cameron. |
