I used to play too. I'm pretty sure I've still retained most of me skill. I guess something to compare. I can pass reality, in the past I've AA'd it.

If anyone wants to throw up some matches, I'll go grab SMO and join in!

just wondering, i've been playing stepmania for quite a while now, well like one full week and i've been dying to play songs from guitar hero, could you hook me up by any chance as i'm too lazy to do it, also where'd you get the updated version to that skin, mine doesn't look anything like that :p

just checked out that site of yours and it's pretty sweet

also i noticed that you're using the old version of the itg skin, i can hook you up with the new one if you want, only works with version 3.95 of stepmania though

I would play stepmania more often, but thanks to Guitar Hero I'm used to notes/steps scrolling down the screen instead of up. Does anyone know of a mod that lets you do this? I can't find stuff anywhere. >.> Oh, and I can't Ctrl+Alt+Arrow Key to flip my monitor. It's Windows XP Pro, not sure why I can't.

On the other hand, I've been playing FFR for almost 3 months and am getting pretty good at that. My fingers aren't fast enough for the "Masters" and "Guru" only stuff though. ;)

Just go into the Options menu and turn the "Reverse" mod on. When you pick a song, just hit Enter again and you'll go into the options. There's various HyperSpeed-like modifiers in there as well.

Downloading that pack now, lets see how well I do. It looks like I should update my stepmania version too. ;)

GJ. I'm working on getting a Guitar Hero noteskin to go with that pack if someone could provide me with the note graphics...the notes and sustain graphics.

The reason the two say expert is because those were the scores I got in testing, before the pack release.

I figured that it took screenshots based on that camera noise, but just ignored it.

Gets me all the time on Trippolette... (for lack of arrow emotes)
