I can see that I have an extremely slim chance of winning, especially considered I've never played this game before...
but I will probably be there. It just depends on my schedule. I also may bring my little sister to play on Hard. she's fairly good, but who knows....

just to remind you guys the tournament is close to one week from 2day, we have around 20min to 40 max people showing up, ill send everybody that may show up a PM about any last minute updates. so if you would know somebody or have a friend that is interested dont forget to bring them along 2 =D

| I live in Cleveland Heights, and I'd have to ask my parents but it's not that long of a drive, I think. Also all the songs would be my sightreads (except for Woman, which I played at a demo.) |

August 8, 2009, in the Northwest Ohio, Southeast Michigan area, there will be a Guitar Hero: Tournament in Toledo, Ohio at Calvary Bible Chapel Located at 3740 West Alexis Road. Calvary Bible Chapel is having a block party for the city of Toledo, and they have allowed us to put on a tournament for Guitar Hero: Smash Hits inside there facilities.
Inside The Building: Guitar Hero/ Rock Band
There will be free admission to this inside event. We would like all participants to show up between the times of 3:15 and 3:30(inside the tournament room) there will be 3 TV’s (No HDTV, so no lag) and 3 Xbox360’s for the tournament play and 1 Projector and 1 Xbox360 for the Rock Band recreation play. In the room where the tournament will be held, there will be chairs, tables, and couches, for you to sit and watch the competition. While you wait to play, you can play other competitors in a game of billiards, air hockey, and a foosball. Prizes will be awarded to all major finishers in there bracket
Outside The Building: Toledo Block Party
There will be free admissionto this outside event, free food (Hot Dogs, Chips, Desserts, Pig Roast, Turkey Rost), and free live entertainment all day, a free 3V3 basketball tournament with prizes, recreational volleyball, a classic car show Light-Up Kite Show At Night and much more!!! (Its a All day event 3:00-9:00) so bring some of your friends and enjoy the day here!

• Game: Guitar Hero: Smash Hits (Guitar Only)
• System: Xbox 360 (You May Bring Your Own Controller)
• Time: 3:00-???
• Age: No Age Limit
• Player: 1v1
• Game Mode: Pro Face-Off
• Songs Number: Best Of 3 Tiebreaker chosen at random
• Difficulty: Hard Bracket, and a Expert Bracket
• Hyperspeed: Must Be Agreed By Both Players
• Elimination: Single Elimination
• Tournament Style: Bracket, Players Chosen at Random

• 1: 100$ Gift Card To Gamestop
• 2: Guitar Hero: Smash Hits (The Game)
• 3: 30$ Gift Card To Gamestop
Hard
• 1: 60$ Gift Card To Gamestop

After The Tournament: Get Togeather
If you guys still want to chill and play some GH/RB after the tournament, the xbox360 and TV's will still be on so we can have a GH/RB get togeather. Whenever the tournament ends (lets say around 5:00) you can stay and still play some GH/RB with people until 8:00 if you want.

Nope, everything is going to be provided, the xbox360's, the TV's and Guitars', so you dont need a xbox360 to participate, and you can bring whoever you want that would be great if you could bring you cousin, and you sign up at regestration the day of the tournament (this is just basically letting me know about how many people are going to show up)

3:30-6:00 GH TOURNEY

Nope, because they will both be going on at the same time, and it gives everyone a fair chance to win 1 prize, and not someone getting 2, but you can decided what bracket you want to enter the day of the tourney
