Well my WT pedals drop notes every so often so i'm in need of a new one.

Can anyone tell me if the Omega Pedal works like a beater drum pedal (like the WT pedals) or like the RB ones (where if one is held down the other won't work)?

In the description they talk about a switch, so I guess it's like the RB pedal.

I would recommend buying a Kick Rocker, since the Omega Pedal's switch will give out and break after some use.

the WT twin rocker form omega is the perfect splitter, and the pedal itself is great. the only thing i dont like is that the switch on the pedal is starting to hit when i put my foot down and when i lift it up. if you need a good splitter id just buy that from omega and buy the kick rocker from rockbandparts.com

I wouldn't recommend buying a Kick Rocker, since it will give out and break after some use. The DD-502 kick pad is one of the worst out there, honestly.

If a kick trigger pad is what you want, look into the Yamaha KP65. It's a hell of a lot better than a Kick Rocker, and costs less as well.
