Your weakness as a player

After playing 'The Way it Ends' today i realized that i am pretty freakin phail when it comes to strumming anything that isn't consistent

i can FC the solo to TWiE almost every time but I can barely 5 star the song because i cant strum worth a shit

anyway got me thinking what is everyone elses weakness? or area of playing that needs the most improvement?

My weakness use to be strumming stuff like BatH, BatM, and TWIE, but I can now consistently FC the strumming in BatH and BatM. TWIE my arm just gets tired. If I worked at it, I could FC the song I'm sure. I didn't use to be able control my strum/stop during fast bursts.

My weakness is hitting stuff like this:

For some reason, my fingers just stop working on patterns like that. Like literally stop. Not sure why but it's extremely aggravating.

EDIT: To clarify, I'm talking about having trouble with zigzags that skip a note as they go all the way across the fret board.

Pretty much zig zags and inconsistent strumming (as OP stated). For some reason i just can't go very fast in zigs and i'm terrible at strumming.

Guitar Hero 1. I can't strum AND fret solos at the same time... at all. >_> And I'd say strumming that needs precision in general. Ok I can hit bursts and FC The Way It Ends and all, but I couldn't FC Fat Lip on GH1 earlier because the engine is too tight and I guess I don't have such a good sense of rythm... I also sucked BADLY at anything that had to be altstrummed in RB2... Oh well, maybe someday.

probably tremolos... i find it hard to strum very fast and maintain accuracy.. anothe rweakness is tapping... im just not that good at it

mine used to be triplets/ gallops and slow alt-strumming, but now its alt-strumming while fretting, for instance if the following were to require alt-strumming

i would be unable to hit it

For me it's consistency (or the lack of it) which results in the most ridiculous chokes ever. I have probably choked or at least missed ridiculously in (almost) every single one of my FCs. Some songs (screw you 3's and 7's) took like a week to FC simply because of choking, not missing in the hardest parts.

Other one is strumming endurance. I can hit the strumming in Knights of Cydonia and The Way It Ends pretty easily until my arm gets tired. When that happens, I can't really get any kind of a combo going.

Alt-strumming mixed with single strums like the verses in War Ensamble. I'm absolutely horrible at it. Also I could never see myself strumming fast enough to ever hit stuff like the start of TDWDTG.

I can strum pretty much anything, stop-and-go or nonstop, at almost any realistic speed, but I have one fatal flaw: I cannot for the life of me start a burst of strumming on an upstrum. Take TWiE for example:

^ WTF. I just can't do it.

Most hammer-ons work with me really well, too, except for 4-note runs/zig-zags. I can do 3-note zig-zags, trills, and almost all kinds of scales (including 5-note scales/zig-zags) but 4-notes just don't work for me. I have considerable skill in almost every aspect of the game, and yet I still fail out of the beginning of Ride the Lightning's solo every once in a while. It's ridiculous.

Pyramid-type patterns I just can not hit. Also moderately fast trills. I do better on faster trills.. And I do not tap. Ever. I can't bring myself tolearn it.
