So my GH3 disk broke

My GH3 disk broke when I put it in my 360 this morning. The inner plastic ring which allows the 360 to hold and spin the disk broke, so I assume there's lot of bits inside my 360.

I've had it for under a year, and the breaking of the disk had nothing to do with me, so do I have any rights towards getting it replaced?

Edit: Nevermind, just found out it still works and have just installed it onto the hard drive to prevent further damage. Please lock this.
