|
|
Hi,
I have trouble doing fast multiple taps on on of the platter button.
For instance, there are triple red on Tears for Fears vs Eric B. (DJ Jazzy Jeff set, Hard difficulty). I can't seem to pass this even though it seems really easy.
At first I thought my turntable might be faulty as I've read threads about it, but when there is a freestyle section, I try to do "triple reds", and it seems that they all register properly.
Is the timing extremely precise? (but I don't have problems with single taps)
Anyone having this problem?
Thanks for your help! |

Make sure you're not playing too fast. Also, are you sure it's missing a green? or are you maybe tapping red on accident too? _________________

Thanks for the replies.
I sometimes got it right by hitting the button quite hard (holding the turntable with one hand and hitting the buttons with the other, but not very handy ;)).
maybe i'm slightly out of the timing. For instance my first tap may in fact validate the second button, i don't know. I'm having trouble being sure my calibration is properly set up.
But everytime there are fast series of tap notes, i'm almost sure i'll miss it |

The controllers all have an issue with fast repeated tapping on the same button. What I find best is to use the flat of your finger instead of the tip of your finger, and reinforce it with a second finger behind the first. Be firm with it. |

I don't what why, but now, i seem to be able to do these pretty successfully.
That's cool, I have 5 stars on all hard songs but 2 or 3 now. |
