Wow, it's been forever since I've played Mega Man
Your name is insane. Perhaps more insane is that I can read it without a second thought to what it says... _________________

I bought the Anniversary collection at around Christmas time. I bought X8 shortly after that.
The game is just overall awesome. _________________

Okay, the l33t speak in the username is okay, but could you please talk normally on the boards?
Nitpicking aside, Megaman is a great series of games. Still worth playing after all these years. |

I would like to make a motion right here.
The best of the original series is either 2 or 8. The best in the X series is still the original one. _________________

I concur, although I've decided that 2 is better than 8. And you guys are making me want to play MM X. |

Ok Mega Man is like Monopoly...you always think it's awesome and that you want to play, but the moment you fall off a cliff in the game and explode, it's seriously infuriating. Like seriously...I think it's awesome right now...but if I play it, I'm sure I'll be throwing the controller into the TV within 10 minutes. _________________

I motion that X4 is the best of the X games. I have very fond memories of that game. I agree that 2 is the best of the originals, though, with 3 as a close second. And yeah, I think I wanna go play some on the Anniversary Collection. _________________

Ah man....I never got to play X4, so I can't really agree or disagree.
The only reason I even put 8 up there is because of the art style. I just liked the way it looked and played. Plus, getting to kick a ball as one of your first power-ups is awesome. _________________

are you guys kidding?
JHetfield said it best. MegaMan has this weird ability to make you think it's this great game that is SO much fun to play...then you play it...and die and realize it's the most annoying and frustrating game ever.
I bought the anniversary collection because I loved playing the old MegaMans (1-3) and some the of old SuperNES ones.....then after like 2 plays...I realized they were so f-ing frustrating that I would rather slit my wrists then play another game.
And yet....when ppl talk about MegaMan the first thing that pops into my head is, "MegaMan 2 was such a great game".
It's like you had this girlfriend that you THINK you had some good times with..and you THINK the relationship was worth it and was a lot of fun. And then you think harder about all the great times you had....and realize that she was really, in fact, a horrible bitch and treated you like crap and you actually hated her.
MegaMan is the devil. |

Yup. Another one of those ridiculously hard games that are nearly only fun because of their difficulty is Ninja Gaiden.
But what's wrong with being a masochist? _________________
