|
|
I've made a few improvements to the way the system will handle 100% scores.
First, if you have submit a 100% score, and then submit a higher score that's under 100%, the percent display for that higher score will be shown as green (even though it's not 100%). This will make it easy for you and other players to see which songs someone has received 100% on.
Second, the system will never automatically delete your last remaining 100% score for a song. Once you get 100% on a song, even if you enter 20 higher scores all under 100%, at least one of your 100% score will always remain in the system as a record that you got 100%. However, if you have submitted multiple 100% scores for a song, then they will be candidates for deletion if you reach your score limit per song.
I thought this was the best way to deal with 100% scores, let me know what you think. _________________

Does the system automatically delete scores when you exceed your limit? I wasn't aware of that, I've just been doing it manually... I assume that it deletes the lowest score (with the exception of what you just described here)? _________________

Yes, when you post a new score, it will delete your worst score if you exceed 3 scores for that particular song. |

In this case, it will still show your 99% score since it is higher. However, the "99%" will display green instead of orange indicating that you have achieved 100% on a different score.
Of course, you can view all of your best 3 scores by clicking "View All" for the song within your Manage Scores interface. _________________

Well, if you have 3 kick-ass 99% scores up before posting a crappy 100% score, will it even be recorded? |

Yes, there is a check for this scenario.
It would remove the worst of the 99%'s and insert the 100%. _________________
