SELECT c.cat_id, c.cat_title, c.cat_order FROM _categories c, _forums f WHERE f.cat_id = c.cat_id GROUP BY c.cat_id, c.cat_title, c.cat_order ORDER BY c.cat_order

Line : 234
File : functions.php

Just hitting back and clicking the button made it work.

This is a randomly occurring issue that should never be a major problem, if you refresh the page once or twice it should go away and load properly. But I'm still not exactly sure what causes these harmless errors.
