It looks like it contains elements of Visions, Shoulder to the Plow, Won't Get Fooled Again, and Prequel to the Sequel.
I'd say this is as about as hard to pass as Blinded by Fear.
FC-wise, I'd put this around equal to Good Mourning/Black Friday.

i think once you had the expert plus this would be harder to fc than gm/bf but i'd have to play it first to be sure

It's actually not that hard, due to GH5's timing window, It's actually really easy, only a few tricky parts.

You wouldn't be disappointed if you were failing there every time you played the song. The ending is a mess of random drum noises and charted as holds because of it.
And the chart looks a lot of fun and very difficult... I don't think I would put this anywhere near something like GM/BF, PttS or Visions... maybe more near Shoulder to the Plow.

To me, it kinda looks like Reaper's outro and WGFA got together and had a kid who ended up taking lots of drugs and got into high speed car chases.
Looks fun though.
