Percentage of highest score on Manage Scores screen

Hi,

I think it would be a good idea to have a new column on the Manage Scores screen that indicates how far you are from the highest score for each song. This could be either in total points (preferable) or possibly as a percentage. It would be helpful to see at a glance which songs you have the most room for improvement when you want to better your score (and ranking).

I always thought the spread should be points back from first place... Like in racing wher they show the leader and then each car behind is shown with a +xx.xx for how many seconds they are behind the leader etc.

This is just how I see it anyway.
