How to hit fast triple kicks

I apologize if this has been made before but I can't find the search function.

Basically, I have trouble doing any kind of triple kick except slow ones.

E.G the ones on BaTm that go like:

kkk

With the k's being the kicks, basically, my foot always spazzes out when it comes to these fast kicks and always ends up doing either one more or one less kick than is needed, and this is annoying me because it's preventing me from doing some songs.

Any help?

well its a lot easier with double bass, your right foot will just play the beat like normal and when you need the triple you throw a left-foot hit in between the right-footed ones.

if you're going with one foot trying to hit them you can go heel-down for more control until you get used to doing stuff like that heel-up

sorry if this doesnt help much, its one of the few things i didnt really have trouble with but hope this helps

Well I do sometimes try to put my heel on the pedal and do it that way but I normally end up doing the same thing and doing it either too fast or adding one extra kick.
