I'm sure no one was really considering it but I think the upcoming "Wii Music", where you control a whole orchestra and make your own music, could raise the bar for the music game genre, like GH did earlier with it's unique peripheral (...had to search google for like 20 minutes to figure out how to spell that word).
I bet it could even be the Wii's parallel to PS2's Guitar Hero (though GH is coming out for Wii anyways).

Yeah - I'm hoping that this game (and some Mahler symphonies) will FINALLY be the catalyst I need to get the significant other into VIDEO GAMES - hold thumbs everyone |

Yuck, I hope if they have Hindemith it's not mandatory... I also hope it's not an easy way for people to compose their own original pieces. It takes effort and artistic drive to write music, and having random shmucks writing *snap* like that is going to have me very pissed off. _________________

I hope that you can play and write whatever kinds of music you want, then upload it to a server so other people can listen to it. That would be cool. _________________

You need to chill, that's what my uncle said about Guitar Hero.
If your going to get pissed over a game, don't buy it. _________________
