...is going to drive me nuts. I do fine through the first 80% but there's always 1 or 2 measures at the end that eat 2.3 of my lifebar, and there isn't enough time left to get it back up.

Studying the note chart can definitely help:

If you're not active at VJArmy.com, I'd recommend stopping by and checking out the forums. There's plenty of advice available there. _________________

I know how the notechart goes (you can check it out in training mode).
I am active at vjarmy.... I don't need advice, just practice :p |

Ahh, I getcha... well, the only reliable way I've found is to leave it alone and come back later. Good luck though. _________________

I'm also trying to pull a B on it (or A in America) :p
I keep falling 10 or 20 points short
EDIT: Just got the B, so now I am a little less frustrated :p

The way I figured it out was M63 (the alternating 37-26 chords) was the measure that would beat me down. Then one day, my hands realized "hey, that shouldn't be that hard!" and I passed. A lot of times, once you play it enough, you'll just randomly get it and wonder why the heck it was that hard to clear. |

I used to be able to nail those fine, but now I seem to get lots of good in them for some reason. |

FUCK V 7K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok, now that i got that out of my system, yea, i still suck at V. i know i'm capable of beating it, i just haven't gotten around to actually beating it yet.
Note to others: i kinda cheat and i play on hard so i can afford to kinda mess up on the piano solo and still pass the song with like 4% health |

well on hard, you aren't bound by the 80% limit to pass, and since my timing isok, i can build it up if i mess up. |

Right, but you lose like 10% for missing one note, and gain life at something like half speed. |

I am pretty sure its 10% per note missed, and its definately less life for a hit. |
