Is there any rumors about a Rock Band 2 arising? Even if they are rumors, id like to know it.

Eventually. Harmonix (or their reps) has stated on several occasions that they want people to see Rock Band as a platform. You'd invest in a new one every couple of years, and you'd buy new content via dlc. Much like buying a new console every couple of years, and new games in between. HMX has, to my knowledge, never mentioned a timeframe on a second rock band though. My guess would be they're largely rewriting the engine already, and brainstorming to come up with all kinds of crazy ideas.
